Horti, in collaboration with Galleria Canesso, has inaugurated the exhibition Horti Custos: The Custode dell’Orto within the Extra Art Gallery. 

The work, a very rare case of transposition into stone of the artistic spirit of the Milanese painter Giuseppe Arcimboldo (1526-1593), aims to highlight the profound bond between man and nature; the sculpture is the work of a Lombard artist whose identity is still shrouded in mystery. The temporary exhibition will be in continuous dialogue with the work of British artist David Tremlett, who already enriches the space. 

The exhibition is open until 21 September 2025,from 3:30 pm to 5.30 pm.

During Horti Aperti, L'isolachenonc'è by the Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Foundation will arrive in Pavia for the first time.

With an appointment entitled To make a seed, activities will enliven the spaces of Horti with readings, creative workshops, art performances and meetings with authors and illustrators: everything stems from the concept of care, understood as care of the planet, care of the self, of the other, of one's own emotions. The initiative will touch upon the themes of responsible use of resources, the discovery of biodiversity and the importance of taking care of small things are explored with children and adults.
